Una vita di apnea in un'epoca in cui ogni discesa nel blu era una meta incognita in un viaggio di conflitti sportivi e personali. Umberto ci racconta come l'apnea sia stata una costante nella sua vita e con quali effetti essa lo abbia reso l'uomo che è oggi, un uomo scolpito dal mare.

A life of apnea in an era when every plunge into the blue was an unknown destination—a journey marked by both sporting and personal conflicts. Umberto himself explains how freediving has been a constant in his life and how it has shaped him into the man he is today, a man sculpted by the sea.

Trasformare il dolore in comicità ed esporlo a un pubblico ancora non pronto, culturalmente, a recepire un certo tipo di umorismo sono i principali conflitti che si frappongono nel suo percorso personale e professionale.

From the troubled Roman neighborhood of Magliana in the 1970s to the Brancaccio Theater, Filippo Giardina carves his path while facing his worst enemy: his past. Transforming pain into comedy and presenting it to an audience that is still not culturally ready to receive such humor are the main conflicts that stand in the way of his personal and professional journey. Through the testimonies of comedians and friends such as Fabian Grutt, Mauro Fratini, Pietro Sparacino, Saverio Raimondo, and Velia Lalli, we also experience one of the most crucial phases in the history of Italian stand-up comedy: Satiriasi.
